In this article we will consider one of the most complex formats of events &#8211; concerts, meetings, outdoor celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>To date, sound and lighting equipment can be safely considered an integral equipment of any mass event. But each such event has its own specifics, which determines the real needs of organizers in sound and light. Increased attention to these features &#8211; a guarantee that the power of the equipment will be sufficient to achieve the goal, and in the process will not occur any emergencies that can spoil the whole impression. In this article we will consider one of the most complex formats of events &#8211; outdoors, which most often include various concerts, festivals, rallies, speeches, summer parties and other events of this kind. A few tips from experts will help to organize sound and light competently, avoiding gross mistakes at the initial stage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Calculation of the necessary sound power in the hall and on the street is not the same. It is impossible to ignore sound dispersion and extraneous noises, which are noticeably more intense outdoors. It is only natural that open spaces place noticeably higher demands on acoustic equipment.<\/li>\n<li>For the same reason, it is a good idea to use sound reinforcement kits with speakers on stands. With the same power, they will provide more effective coverage area. This is especially important if it is not possible to raise the speakers higher by placing them on stage.<\/li>\n<li>The most important feature of all equipment to be deployed outdoors is reliability and mobility. In such cases, often the key role is played by the speed of installation, the ability to quickly move this or that element of the system from place to place.<\/li>\n<li>In many circumstances, you should think in advance about long enough power cords and device connections. We should also remember that the cable, stretched for several dozen meters, will certainly deteriorate the quality of the signal and create a slight delay. In some situations, this problem can be really significant, requiring a special technical solution.<\/li>\n<li>Protection from weather and precipitation is one of the key issues when organizing outdoor events. All lighting equipment and acoustic sets should be reliably protected from possible bad weather. At least, such protection should be provided.
